At Cobden School, Positive Behaviour for Learning (PB4L) is about creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where every child can learn, build positive relationships, and thrive. We know that children experience the greatest success when school and home work together, so we encourage parents and whānau to understand and reinforce our shared expectations and values of Manaakitanga (We Care), Mahi Ngātahi (We Cooperate), and Kōrero Mai (We Communicate).

By using a consistent, positive approach both at school and at home, we help our tamariki develop the confidence, resilience, and social skills they need to succeed in learning and in life.
